We are seeking a curious, design-driven individual eager to build a robust foundation in architecture and construction while working alongside experienced professionals on live residential projects. You'll get hands-on exposure to how design decisions translate into real, buildable homes - and how technology is starting to change that process from the ground up.

What you'll do
Assist in developing site layouts, concept sketches, and detailed architectural drawings under senior guidance
Support the preparation of architectural documentation used as baselines for our AI-driven design tools
Help coordinate reference material and drawing sets between design and structural engineering teams
Participate in design reviews,



learning how feasibility and technical constraints shape final decisions
Conduct research on materials, finishes, and local design precedents to support project development
Assist with site visits and measurements where required

Skills & competencies
Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Arch degree
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (proficiency will deepen on the job)
Genuine interest in residential architecture and construction processes
Basic understanding of interior materials and finishes is a plus, not required
Willingness to learn quickly, take direction well, and contribute in a small, fast-moving team
Good communication skills and comfort working closely with senior architects and engineers
