About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
The successful candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a good understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
Research target markets, potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations, online meetings, demos, and sales discussions.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and follow-up.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Manage lead-generation activities through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, networking, and other channels.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and other marketing materials.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Track sales and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and networking activities.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
