Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Enter Tamilnadu . The specialist will engage with customers, present product offerings, and drive sales growth through in-person and outreach activities.



Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting direct sellers with training and guidance. The role involves coordinating local marketing initiatives, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with the sales management team to meet and exceed targets. The specialist will also prepare basic sales reports, participate in promotional events, and represent RCM’s values and brand in the local market.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers and stakeholders.
Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and convert leads into long-term relationships.
Experience in Training and supporting sales teams or direct sellers to improve performance.
Basic Sales Management capabilities, including monitoring performance and coordinating sales activities.
