About the Role
We are hiring a Guest Communications Coordinator to own and execute mass guest outreach across our portfolio of boutique destination events, artist tours, and VIP programs. Reporting directly to the Guest Communications Manager, you will be the detail-driven force behind every email, SMS, and app push notification sent to our guests.
This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused heavily on Artist Services. You will draft copy, build and QA campaigns, monitor deliverability, and field requests from operations, ticketing, and program managers.
