Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, responsible for driving sales of Makita power tools, spare parts, and accessories within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



managing relationships with authorized dealers and key end users, and conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations. The Senior Sales Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assist customers in selecting appropriate products, and ensure prompt resolution of technical or service issues. Daily activities include regular field visits, gathering market intelligence, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies. The role also includes training channel partners and users on product features, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and supporting brand growth in the region.
