About the Role

Digitological is looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through effective telephonic communication. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
* Introduce and explain Digitological’s services to potential clients.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
* Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
* Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills





* Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
* Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
* Freshers can apply.
* Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
