Role Description This is a full time remote role for Sales Closers. The Sales Closers will engage with qualified leads generated by Customer Acquisition Specialists, conduct discovery and follow-up calls, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to completed deals. They will manage the sales pipeline,



maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. Daily tasks include handling objections, negotiating terms when appropriate, supporting escrow or payment processes as needed, and consistently meeting or exceeding closing targets. The role requires proactive communication across digital channels and a professional, client-focused approach.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver a positive experience.
Proven ability in closings and deal closure, with experience guiding prospects from interest to signed agreements.
Familiarity with escrow or similar transaction processes to support secure and compliant deal completion.
Goal-oriented mindset with experience working in sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments.
