We are seeking a Data Analyst to join Ariane Fine Porcelain's operations team. This role centers on extracting, transforming and analyzing data from ERP systems to support production, inventory, quality and finance functions within a ceramics manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will combine domain knowledge of manufacturing with technical ERP and analytics expertise to enable data-driven decisions, improve process efficiency and support ERP optimizations.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards sourced from ERP systems to support production, procurement, sales and finance stakeholders.
Extract, transform and load data from ERP databases and peripheral systems using SQL, Python or ETL tools.
Perform inventory, production yield and quality analytics to identify trends, variances and opportunities for process improvement in ceramics manufacturing.
Collaborate with ERP administrators, IT and business teams to define data requirements, map business processes and support ERP configuration and integration efforts.




Design and implement KPIs and scorecards for manufacturing performance, scrap reduction, on-time delivery and cost control.
Document analytical methodologies, report specifications and standard operating procedures.
Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools, dashboards and ERP data interpretation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA or a related field; MCA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
Prior experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably ceramics or consumer goods.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database design and querying.
Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing and system integration concepts.
