You make sure 15 strangers, 4 vendors, 2 buses, 1 hotel, 47 WhatsApp messages and one very confused guest somehow reach the same destination.
Basically…
We create the chaos.
You organise the chaos.
Together, we call it OPERATIONS. ?
Your average day might look like:
“Good morning”
37 WhatsApp messages
“Hi, is the cab confirmed?”
“Guys, we’re meeting HERE.”
“Wait… who has the room keys?”
Fixing a last-minute itinerary change
Making strangers feel like a group of friends
And occasionally… actually enjoying the destination.
We’re looking for someone who:
→ Has main-character energy + spreadsheet skills
→ Can solve problems before they become problems
→ Doesn’t need a 14-step tutorial to take initiative
→ Is comfortable talking to strangers, vendors & slightly chaotic humans
→ Can survive Google Sheets without questioning their life choices
→ Loves travel, people & figuring shit out
→ Thinks “I’ll handle it” instead of “that’s not my job.”
Experience? Not the main character here.
Common sense + ownership + valuable vibes? ABSOLUTELY.
