Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing the online marketing strategies for all brands. Quality candidates will be able to leverage experience and a variety of digital channels to promote products or services. Applicants should be able to conduct data analytics for these digital activities and provide data insights for future state marketing planning. This person will be a key leader in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

Responsibilities

Email, Print & Digital Marketing and Advertising

Create and distribute email campaigns, including push notifications and automated emails through the Active Campaign platform.
Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
Research and evaluate current advertising opportunities across print, digital,



and other media channels.
Coordinate and schedule print advertising, ensuring optimal placement and cost efficiency.
Ability to make sure ad updates are submitted to publisher on time.Social Media Management

Social Media Management

Oversee all social media campaigns and strategy implementation.
Create and post relevant and engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Assist with posting and optimizing YouTube videos.
Monitor and respond to inquiries or comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Website & Content Management

Manage website content for multiple websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Update websites with new content, products, artwork, photos, and ad slicks.
Utilize website monitoring and reporting software to ensure website performance and user experience.
