Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting tiles and related products, providing product information, and closing sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing product options, and offering professional advice on tile selection and installation. The Sales Executive is expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain product displays, and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom, offering assistance and product knowledge to guide their purchasing decisions.
Understand customer requirements by asking the right questions and providing tailored recommendations based on their project needs (e.g., flooring, wall tiles, bathroom tiles).
Present and demonstrate various tile options, including ceramic, porcelain, vitrified, mosaic, and natural stone tiles, along with complementary products like adhesives and grout.




Offer product samples, brochures, and detailed information on tile specifications, including durability, size, color, texture, and design patterns.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Stay updated with the latest trends, designs, and features in the tiles industry to provide customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Educate customers about product features, advantages, and installation techniques, helping them choose the best tiles for their projects.
Assist customers in visualizing tile designs using display setups, design catalogs, or digital tools available in the showroom.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the showroom manager.
Proactively follow up with potential clients, contractors, builders, and interior designers to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Upsell and cross-sell related products, such as tile trim
