Description
Responsible for performing activities related to quality engineering automation with the adoption of shift left strategy, automation, artificial intelligence, performance testing of project delivery and operational excellence through quality improvements. We are seeking a forward thinker with a passion for driving change and extensive hands on experience with DevOps pipeline, test, and automation.
What will you do?
Lead, design and manage the implementation of comprehensive testing strategies aligned with SDLC and RBC Quality Engineering practices
Architect and optimize test automation frameworks across multiple environments (cloud, distributed systems, APIs)
Develop and execute automation test plans, maximizing coverage across functional and non functional testing
Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and quality metrics reporting
Drive CI/CD
