Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter / Account Manager to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities in the US.
Work on different employment models, including W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H.
Use job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other sourcing platforms to identify suitable candidates.
Review candidate resumes and assess their technical skills, experience, availability, location, and work authorization.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, submissions, onboarding, and follow-ups.
Maintain robust relationships with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.




Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
Handle client communication, job requirements, candidate submissions, and status updates.
Negotiate pay rates and coordinate documentation such as RTR, NDA, and other required documents.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in ATS/CRM systems.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and submission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD, and other US work authorization categories.
Experience using job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
