About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales & Customer Support Executive to manage sales enquiries and provide first-level support to our customers.
The candidate will communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our software products, arrange demonstrations with the technical team, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features and benefits.
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with the technical team.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up activities, and customer interactions.
Attend customer support calls and resolve basic, first-level issues.
Identify Level 2 technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate technical team with complete information.




Monitor support emails and assign requests to the correct team member.
Follow up internally and keep customers informed until their issues are resolved.
Build positive and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling both sales conversations and customer support requests.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn software products quickly.
Organised, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups.
Previous experience with POS, ERP, CRM, or business software will be an advantage.
