Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Analysis. Good exposure in preparing functional specifications for developers.
Manage projects, including Testing, task tracking, budget monitoring, and planning.
Self-motivated and excellent team player.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Proven ability to adapt to flexible working hours during product launches and production issues.

Very good knowledge of and hands-on experience with SQL
Proficient in ITSM practices
Candidate should have good knowledge in testing framework and acceptance criteria preparation
