We are building a strong presence across the Delhi NCR school ecosystem and are looking for a sharp, driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist who understands how schools operate and, more importantly, knows how to reach the people who make facility and operational decisions.

The Role

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the education/school sector.

The ideal candidate should already understand how to identify and approach:

* School Owners & Promoters
* Trustees & Society Members




* Principals & Directors
* School Administrators
* Admin Heads
* Estate & Facility Heads
* Procurement Heads
* Operations Heads
* Other key decision-makers within school groups

Your primary responsibility will be to build a solid and qualified pipeline of schools across Delhi NCR and create meaningful introductions for VISCO’s business development team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify schools, school groups and educational institutions across Delhi NCR.
* Research and map the relevant decision-makers within each institution.
* Build accurate databases of school owners, trustees, principals, administrators, procurement and facility heads.
* Use LinkedIn, databases, Google, school websites, directories, industry networks and other channels to identify decision-makers.
* Initiate professional outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
* Qualify prospects based on their facility management requiremen
