Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, supporting construction projects from initial planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assisting with tender documentation, and conducting cost estimates for materials, labor, and services. The role involves monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, and coordinating with project managers, engineers,



and contractors to maintain cost control and financial transparency. The Quantity Surveyor will also compile cost reports, support cost forecasting, and contribute to value engineering and risk assessment. Accurate record-keeping, adherence to relevant standards, and proactive communication with stakeholders are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications
Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management skills.
Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQ and related quantity surveying documentation.
Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Familiarity with standard construction contracts and tendering processes.
