About The Firm & RequirementnAdvait Battery Ecosystem Pvt. Ltd. is a high-growth clean energy company operating across Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). ABEPL is setting up a 2.5 GWh BESS Assembly Plant in Gujarat, covering the complete manufacturing chain from cell to module, module to pack, and pack to container, and is concurrently executing multiple BESS-based Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects for utility-scale battery storage deployment.
nTo support this expansion, AGPL seeks a Project Manager to own and drive the master project schedule for the BESS Assembly Plant – from plant build-out through commissioning and production ramp-up – and, in parallel, to track and coordinate the project schedules of AGPL's BESS IPP-based projects, ensuring manufacturing output and site-level delivery milestones stay aligned.

nMode of Working: Full-time, on-site with periodic site travel

nEducational Qualification & Criteria
n• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
n• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification strongly preferred.
n• MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
nExperience
n• 8–12 years in project management/project planning & scheduling, with exposure to both capital-project execution (plant setup, EPC, commissioning) and utility-scale power or energy-storage project delivery.
n• Prior experience managing manufacturing-plant projects alongside customer-facing IPP / EPC power projects is highly preferred.
nProfessional & Personal Abilities
n• Solid hands-on command of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 for schedule development, resource loading, critical-path analysis, and baseline/variance tracking.
n• Comfortable managing two parallel project p
