Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The Sales Specialist will welcome and assist customers in the boutique store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions that align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining materials and craftsmanship, preparing quotations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, handling inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with design and production teams on custom orders, and supporting merchandising and in-store displays. The Sales Specialist may assist with training new team members on product knowledge and sales processes and contribute to sales targets and overall store performance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally, understand requirements, and provide a positive in-store experience.
Proven Sales experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals in a retail or furniture/interiors environment.
