Role Description

The Junior Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at GITAM Deemed University, Bengaluru South campus. The Junior Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to academic and administrative departments, including managing documentation, maintaining records,



and assisting with data entry and filing. Responsibilities include handling telephone and email inquiries, coordinating meetings, supporting event logistics, and assisting faculty and staff with routine office tasks. The role also involves preparing basic reports, tracking office supplies, following institutional processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. The Junior Assistant is expected to uphold university policies, maintain confidentiality, and provide courteous, professional service to students, staff, and visitors.
