Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for fleet operations, rider onboarding, and performance management. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, creating curricula and learning materials, and delivering classroom and on-the-job training to drivers, operations teams, and support staff. The Training Manager will track training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, update programs based on operational changes and regulatory requirements, and ensure consistent standards across hubs. They will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and technology teams to align training with business goals, improve safety and compliance, and support new initiatives related to EV adoption and last-mile delivery.
