Job Overview And Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Enterprise team. This role will be responsible for working on business analysis project tasks with application development teams. This role will also be responsible for supporting Application Development teams on following Agile practices- writing, refining and prioritizing user stories and leading the delivery efforts.





Translates high level requirements into detailed level user stories to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value
Facilitates meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and impact analysis findings
Facilitates agile ceremonies such as kick off, iteration, estimation sessions and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly
Collaborate with Business partners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps and other stake holders to ensure deliverables meet expectations
Drives knowledge base initiatives such Training programs, as documentation of knowledge articles and end user training
Drives efforts for production incident identification, workaround, and remediation
