About the Role
Rednox is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid social media campaigns for premium brands across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate is a data driven Media Buyer/Performance Marketer with strong hands on experience in Meta Ads, e-commerce advertising, campaign optimization, and budget scaling.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, launch, and manage Meta Ads / Facebook Ads campaigns.
Develop paid social strategies aligned with client acquisition and revenue goals.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CPM, and CPC.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
Manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation.
Develop testing strategies for creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages.




Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify issues and growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the Founder to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, paid social trends, and ecommerce best practices.

Requirements

4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing / Paid Social.
Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably for ecommerce brands.
Strong experience in campaign optimization, media buying, and budget scaling.
Solid understanding of digital campaign metrics, funnels, attribution, and copywriting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
