About the Role
We are looking to hire someone with experience in Financial Statement Analysis, Income Statement Analysis, Cashflow Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Financial Spreading, Calculating ratio, EBITDA Analysis, Covenants monitoring.

Responsibilities-
Analyst/Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across the end-to-end lending journey.
Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management.
Metrics calculation.




Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters).
Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results.
Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
Business Overview.
Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios).
Covenant performance.
PD/LGD analysis.
Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.
Collection of interest, Past Due Reconciliation, Unusual rate review, tax tracking on commercial lending.
Trades & Settlements Support: Assignment Drafts, Lender KYC, Loan Assignments, Funded/Unfunded Obligation Changes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3+ years’ experience in the similar profile
