Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the clinic’s overall marketing strategy and brand positioning. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.



The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to design patient-focused marketing initiatives, manage market research efforts, and identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the marketing budget, guiding agency and vendor relationships, tracking performance metrics, and supporting sales initiatives to drive patient acquisition and retention. The role also includes leadership of a small marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, including strategic planning and campaign execution.
Robust skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, patient behavior, and competitive landscape.
Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and patient acquisition goals.
