What to expect:

Plant Maintenance & Engineering
Support day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and modification of equipment and engineering systems.
Identify opportunities for equipment improvement, reliability enhancement, and cost reduction.
Utilities Management

Monitor availability and performance of critical utilities including electricity, water, steam, HVAC, compressed air, and other plant utilities.




Ensure preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting of utility systems.
Monitor utility consumption and support energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure utility systems remain compliant with GMP and safety requirements.

GMP & Compliance

Ensure engineering and maintenance activities comply with GMP, SOPs, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
Support preparation and review of SOPs, qualification protocols, maintenance records, and engineering documentation.
Support internal, corporate, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of engineering-related observations and CAPAs.
Maintain engineering systems and records in an audit-ready condition.

CAPEX & Projects

Support planning and execution of engineering CAPEX projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification.
