KodoKraft is hiring for Property Operations Coordinator in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

Coordinate day-to-day communication between tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal team members.
Manage maintenance requests from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely updates to all parties.
Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and monitor progress until works are completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, tenancy information, compliance documents, and operational data.
Update and manage CRM systems, spreadsheets, and property management software, ensuring information is consistently accurate and well organised.
Chase outstanding information, quotations, invoices, and documentation from contractors, tenants, and landlords.

What you need

Previous experience in property management, lettings, real estate administration,



operations, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
Strong written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Confident managing multiple conversations, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Job type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 50,000 - Rs 80,000 a month
