Role Overview




We are looking for a Founders Office Associate who will own our property portfolio across our own website and all online partner platforms, act as the point of contact for sales support, and help the team stay responsive on partner platforms. This is a hands-on operational role that also involves supporting the team with creatives and video content, so an eye for detail and comfort with basic design tools is important.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the property portfolio on our own website and all online partner platforms, ensuring listings are complete, accurate, and up to date
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and information accuracy
Act as the point of contact for all sales support
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and access to sales assets
Support the team with creatives on Canva, such as sales brochures, and edit property videos
Check and respond to sales enquiries on partner platforms within
