Fun City Pakistan is hiring for Customer Service in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about rides, games, and safety procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
Report any operational or safety issues to supervisors.

What you need

At least FSc / Intermediate (Graduation preferred).
1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or relevant experience preferred.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and customer dealing skills.
Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
