Job Description

ScrumAD Private Limited is hiring for CRM Application Support Specialist – Technical/Product Support in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

Troubleshoot CRM, workflow, campaign, lead-generation, messaging, and automation issues.
Investigate problems, reproduce issues, and identify root causes.
Guide clients through technical and product-level solutions.
Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and known problems.
Escalate complex issues to technical/product teams with complete details.

What you need

1–3+ years of experience in CRM, SaaS, application, product, or technical support.
Hands-on experience with CRM or business applications.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving,



and root-cause analysis skills.
Good understanding of leads, contacts, campaigns, workflows, automation, outreach, and data management.
Understanding of email/messaging and deliverability is a solid advantage.

Location: Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii
Job type: Full-time, On-Site, Night Shift
Pay: Rs 60,000 - Rs 100,000 a month
