Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Salesforce.com Developer to join our GTM Systems and Tools team. This role will design, build, and maintain custom solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem-partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and native platform tools.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce developer who is comfortable owning technical delivery end-to-end — from requirements through deployment — and who brings strong platform architecture judgment to keep our org performant, secure, and maintainable as it scales.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Director of GTM Systems and Tools.

Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours

This role is based in Kochi, India. Given the need for real-time collaboration with Dodge's US-based GTM Systems and Tools team, candidates should be comfortable working hours that overlap with US Pacific Time,



generally 6:00/7:00 PM - 1:00/2:00 AM IST (this shifts by roughly an hour depending on US daylight saving time).

Travel Requirements

Expected travel is less than 5% of the time but may occasionally be required for team meetings.

Essential Functions

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ, Flow, and Service Cloud to support evolving GTM business processes
Write productive, well-tested Apex code and SOQL queries that respect governor limits and platform best practices
Partner with the GTM Systems and Tools team to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, accounting for Salesforce architecture and data model implications
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and data
