Try Soft Ai is hiring for Physicist-ML Core and AI Researcher Architect in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

& Responsibilities Summary.
As a accomplished and visionary Physicist-ML/AI Researcher & Software Architect Development - Cybersecurity Real-Time Anomaly Detection and Response.
You lead of AI to define our AI vision and execute critical machine learning projects. This is a combined role: strategic leadership plus hands-on implementation.
You'll be developing core components of our AI model - hands-on work at the intersection of physics, mathematics, and ML engineering.
This isn't research theatre.
You'll own significant pieces of our model architecture from mathematical foundations through implementation and optimization.

What you need

Solid foundation in Physics and Medical Physics, with the ability to apply these domains to AI and ML problem-solving.




Experience with Radiation and Treatment Planning concepts, particularly in the context of modeling, simulation, or clinical decision support.
Proven track record in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimental design, data analysis, and prototype-to-product workflows.
Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages such as Python or C++.
Master’s or PhD in Physics, Medical Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
