Role Description The Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on incubating, validating,



and scaling current business ideas and product lines within UNIVO’s online education ecosystem. The EIR will identify market opportunities, conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop data-backed business models aligned with UNIVO’s strategic priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading experiments and pilots, collaborating with product, technology, marketing, and academic teams, and iterating on concepts based on user insights and performance metrics. The role involves creating detailed business cases, go-to-market plans, and growth strategies, while building lean operational processes for early-stage initiatives. The EIR will also present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive initiatives from concept to early traction.
