We are looking for a Business Development Associate to independently drive sales and category growth for Wall Decor.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the sales workstream for Wall Decor, driving lead conversion and revenue targets.
Maintain end-to-end sales funnel and have the hunger to consistently achieve targets.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective pitching and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Product, Catalogue, Supply and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Maintain trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets to monitor sales performance and category health.
Requirements:
Graduate with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with client visits and hands-on field/sales work.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Personal laptop is mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Salary: ₹25000/month (CTC) (depending on interview performance).
