Role Description The Talent Acquisition Associate is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting end-to-end hiring activities across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing communication throughout the recruitment process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.



The Talent Acquisition Associate will also help strengthen employer branding, support recruitment marketing efforts, and contribute to improving the candidate experience and hiring processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including assessing candidate fit and supporting selection and decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to represent the organization positively and support recruitment marketing initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
