Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including preparation and filing of returns.
Conduct statutory audit activities and ensure timely completion of audits.
Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into financial performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.

Qualifications

Education:
B.Com / M.Com – Mandatory
MBA – Desirable
Experience:




4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance within the Toys, Textile, or Manufacturing industry.
Skills

Robust hands-on knowledge of accounting processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting closure activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
