Role Description The Upwork Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for managing and growing Digital SunBird’s presence on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying relevant project opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, optimizing profiles and portfolios,



and maintaining consistent communication with prospective and existing clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, gather case studies, and align proposals with business goals. The Upwork Specialist monitors platform performance metrics, recommends improvements to bidding and positioning strategies, and supports lead qualification and handoff to the delivery team. This role requires proactive outreach, organized follow-up, and a focus on building long-term client relationships through the platform.
