Role Description The Business Development Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and other key partners, and promoting Diagnoedge Labs’ diagnostic services.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business trends, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Officer will also support financial planning related to new accounts, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and insights to management. The role requires active engagement in customer service, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity assessment, and relationship-building.
