Educational
Qualification: 5–8 years of progressive experience in quality assurance,
quality control, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or
team lead capacity. Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining
quality management systems and leading audits.Bachelor’s
degree in engineering, science, quality management, or a related field. Skilled
certification in quality (such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma
Green Belt/Black Belt, and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
