Hype Digitech is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Wellness, Healthcare and Education.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, understand lead generation, and be comfortable taking ownership of campaign performance.
This is not a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands performance, numbers, optimization and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Plan, create, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
Perform keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Manage campaign budgets and pacing.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Coordinate with the website/development team for landing pages and tracking.




Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
Identify poor-performing campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes.
Required Skills
Must Have
2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong Google Ads knowledge.
Strong Meta Ads knowledge.
Lead-generation campaign experience.
Good understanding of conversion tracking.
Google Analytics / GA4.
Google Tag Manager.
Meta Pixel and basic tracking concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Positive to Have
Landing page/CRO knowledge.
CRM and lead tracking experience.
WhatsApp lead-generation experience.
Experience with healthcare, wellness or education
