Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Noida and Greater Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop proposals and bids in line with company capabilities and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends,



meeting prospective clients, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal project and finance teams, and tracking sales pipelines and conversion rates.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities in the construction and infrastructure domain.
Proficiency in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with project, operations, and finance teams, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and coordination.
Relevant experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site
