Role Description This full-time Political Graphic Designer role is hybrid, based in the Mohali district, with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The designer will create political campaign graphics, social media creatives, posters, banners, and other visual materials tailored to Punjabi-speaking audiences. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, executing layouts in alignment with campaign objectives, adapting designs for multiple digital platforms,



and iterating based on feedback from campaign managers. The role also involves collaborating with content and strategy teams, staying aware of current political developments in Punjab, and ensuring all visuals are culturally appropriate, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.
Qualifications
Robust graphic design skills, including proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
Ability to design for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and digital ads, with understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Fluency in Punjabi (reading and writing) and good command of English or Hindi to interpret briefs and collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience or interest in political communication, campaign design, or socially focused visual storytelling.
