Project Role: Business Analyst
Work Experience: 4 to 12 Years

Must Have Skills: German Language (Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and workflow walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
Engage directly with customers to gather and analyse requirements.
Perform gap analysis between client processes and product capabilities.
Create BRDs and functional requirements documentation.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, PMs, Product and Cloud teams.
Participate in feasibility discussions, effort estimations, scope assessments, and prioritization exercises.
Support clients during testing/UAT phases and facilitate issue resolution.
Act as a consultant and trusted advisor throughout implementation engagements.

Technical/Required Skills:
Fluent German language proficiency (Mandatory)
Ability to conduct business conversations in German.
Ability to gather requirements from German-speaking clients.




Ability to translate and document requirements in English.
Practical communication skills are more important than certifications.

Business Analysis Experience:
Strong client-facing BA experience.
Demonstrated experience in:
Requirement gathering
Product demonstrations
BRD preparation
Stakeholder management
Gap analysis
Working with cross-functional teams

Domain Requirements:
Domain experience is versatile (good to have)
Preferred industries may include:
Healthcare
MedTech
Medical Devices
However, candidates from other domains (Banking, Financial Services, etc.) can also be considered if they possess strong BA and consulting capabilities.

Positive to have Skills/Experience:
Healthcare/Pharma experience

Educational Qualification:
BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc/MBA
