Role Overview

The Group Consolidation & Tagetik Administration Manager will play a key role in strengthening CTS Group's financial reporting and consolidation capabilities as the organization continues its rapid international growth.

Reporting to the VP Group Financial Reporting & Internal Controls, the role will take hands-on ownership of the CCH Tagetik environment, monthly Group consolidation process and intercompany reconciliation coordination across approximately 60 reporting entities.

This is an operational and highly hands-on role. The successful candidate will work directly on the consolidation system and entity submissions, while maintaining close contact with finance teams across the Group to ensure data quality, timely reporting and effective issue resolution.

As CTS continues to build and standardize its Group Finance organization,



the role will also contribute to developing the procedures, controls and ways of working required to create a robust and scalable financial reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting

Manage the monthly Group consolidation cycle across approximately 60 reporting entities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Coordinate entity data submissions, monitor completion and proactively follow up on missing, incomplete or inconsistent information.
Review consolidation outputs, including intercompany eliminations, investment eliminations, goodwill, currency translation and other consolidation adjustments.
Review consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow information, identifying inconsistencies and proposing Group adjustments where required.
Prepare monthly consolidation reporting and relevant analysis for Group Finance and senior leadership.
