Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – US Real Estate Operations to lead and scale a mix of underwriting, lender review, and real estate operations. This role requires strong expertise in US mortgage underwriting, condominium project reviews, and operational process management.

You will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, and efficiency, while leading teams and building scalable processes that support business growth.

Underwriting & Lender Review
Lead end-to-end underwriting including Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Credit for US mortgage and condominium projects. Reviewing and approving Recent and Established project across for all GSEs including Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA loan programs while ensuring accurate decisioning and clear justification for ineligible or declined cases




Oversee detailed analysis of complex documentation such as financials, insurance, CC&Rs;, litigation, reserve studies, and legal records, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards
Ensure adherence to agency and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, Jumbo) while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and audit readiness
Establish and drive quality control frameworks, monitor underwriting pipelines (SLA, productivity, turnaround time), and stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices
Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and turnaround time, leveraging data to track performance and drive improvements
Identify process gaps, implement scalable solutions, and align operational strategies with overall business goals
