Role Description The Unit Manager Agency role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Unit Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing agency advisors, ensuring they are trained on company products and sales processes. Daily activities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and mentoring,



and driving business through customer acquisition and relationship management. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, conducting regular review meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Unit Manager is expected to build a high-performing agency team and contribute to the overall business growth of the Bengaluru unit.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Experience in team management, including recruiting, training, and motivating agency advisors or sales professionals.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
