Role Description The Operations Internship at Confidence App InstaPrepsAI is a full time remote role focused on supporting daily operational activities that keep the platform running smoothly. Interns will assist with coordinating and tracking ongoing projects, maintaining operational documentation, and helping streamline internal processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and support to ensure efficient communication and timely execution of tasks. Interns may also help analyze operational data, prepare reports, and support process improvements that enhance learner and partner experience. This position offers exposure to mission-driven EdTech operations and an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that make education more accessible and confidence-oriented.
