? Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with government bodies, institutions, and industry partners
Drive program implementation, outreach, and student engagement
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (trainers, coordinators,



placement officers)
Track program progress, KPIs, and reporting (monthly/quarterly)
Ensure achievement of enrollments, training delivery, and placements
Identify challenges and implement solutions for smooth execution

? Eligibility & Skills
Graduate (MBA / MSW preferred)
2–10 years of experience in program management / CSR / skilling / education
Robust stakeholder management & team handling skills
Excellent communication & reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel
