Mustafa Developers is hiring for Construction Manager/Project Manager (DHA 2, Islamabad) in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.
What you will do
Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Supervise site teams including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, and management.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contracts.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering Management will be preferred.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in residential villa projects, housing developments, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
