Role Description The GM Production role is a full-time, on-site position based at one of the manufacturing facility. The GM Production will oversee end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring production output, enforcing quality standards, coordinating with maintenance and supply chain teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves leading and mentoring production teams, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence to meet customer and organizational objectives. The GM Production will also collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, process optimization, and strategic projects to support business growth.
